Email support@astosstudio.com with the subject “Delete my account” and include your player name. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What we delete, and what stays
Deleted
Your account and player ID, progress, coins and items, Capos, scores and leaderboard entries, your place in your family and your gameplay statistics.
If you lead a family, leadership passes to the member with the highest rank. A family without other members is removed.
Stays
Purchases remain part of your App Store or Google Play account. Deleting your game account does not cancel a subscription: cancel VIP in your store settings first.
Emails you sent us are kept for at most two years, as described in our privacy policy.
