Restore purchases

New phone or reinstalled the game? Open Settings › Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

Cancel VIP

iPhone: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.

Android: Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.

Refunds

Apple and Google handle all payments, so refunds go through them.

iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: your Google Play order history.

Delete your account

In the game: Settings › Delete account and data. This removes everything from our server.

Can’t open the game anymore? Email us your player name and we’ll delete it for you. How deleting works.
